Athough based in London, a significant proportion of our work is outside the UK. Executive talent is increasingly mobile and we maintain extensive data sets across Europe, North America and Asia.

There has also been an increasing demand for talent from emerging markets and an increased appetite from UK based talent to return or emigrate to these regions. This dynamic is particularly acute in India although demand is also very high across the Middle East and Africa.
