NAVITAS follows a simple but highly effective search methodology that ensures risks are minimised throughout the process and our clients are provided with the best possible chance of making a successful hire.
Our DRIVE methodology, as outlined below provides a number of built-in checkpoints that ensures any issues that may arise throughout the process are quickly highlighted and acted upon. This dynamic approach reduces the risk of “drift” that can affect so many searches, particularly within Consulting.
DIAGNOSTIC
Establish the precise hiring requirement and the metrics that will be used to judge success. Where there are multiple stakeholders, use blueprint, if appropriate
REFLECTION
Play back to the client our understanding of their requirement, together with our thoughts on potential targets and any factors that may impact the success of the hiring process
INVESTIGATION
Combine public data with our own contact and source opinions to produce a long list for client consideration. Engage with targets following client approval
VALIDATION
Interview all candidates, soft referencing on all potential shortlist candidates plus blueprint on-line assessment to provide a complete picture of each shortlisted candidate
EFFECTIVE CLOSE
Advise the client on relevant remuneration factors and assist the candidate with resignation strategy Remain in regular contact with the candidate until their start date
Timescales are often dictated by client and target availability, particularly when conducting global projects. However, we aim to produce a shortlist within 20 days of engagement
