We highlight those firms that may house the skills or contacts our client requires. We can highlight any uncertainty or dissatisfaction within our targets and quickly prioritise viable teams. A team will usually move only if it believes a new firm can offer a better platform to sell its core proposition, it is rarely about remuneration levels.

MANAGE
We will provide a report on each candidate, highlighting the style of management they prefer and areas for development. The performance of the teams we move is important to our clients and our reputation. We offer a follow-up service where we re-interview the team after an agreed timescale to increase the chances of a successful integration.
